Chalkboard - Technique Time Tuesday

Hola!  I am so excited by this months challenge at Technique Time Tuesday, its Chalkboard.  Mynette put up a great Technique that does not require any special chalking supplies.  But, being the lazy hoarding rebel that I am I chose to just use my stash!  Still, its nice to know that there is a technique out there when the "easy" way out is unavailable.
You can find out more about the challenge and enter your creation at: http://mynettestechniquetimetuesday.blogspot.comv

I

I decided to go with a sewing theme once I went looking through my stamps.  These beauties are from Lawn Fawn.  I liked
the simplicity for the chalkboard effect.  i then paired it with the oh so charming Graphic45 Ladies Diary papers.
Here is my supply list:
Paper:  Graphic 45 A Ladies Diary, DCWV Chalk Stack (green), Cardstock for the easel base
Ink: Powder Puff  Coconut White Chalk Ink, Ranger Archival in Black, Distress in Black Soot
Pens/Pencils:  Sakura Jelly Roll, /white, Lyra Rembrandt pencils/light blue
Embellishments:  Twine, Prima Lace, Jolee Spool Charm, Vintage Button, Teresa Collins Everyday Moments wooden button, G45 A Ladies Diary Chipboard Elements, K&Co. Metal art pieces\\\\\\\, Seam Binding

I will be entering my card into the following challenges:
http://cutiepiechallenge.blogspot.co.uk/ - 3-2-1  3 stamped images, two bows, one sentiment
http://paperplaytime.blogspot.com/ - two or more ribbons (twine and seam binding)
  http://crazychallenge.blogspot.com/ - use a sentiment
 http://cutedaisymay.blogspot.com/ Shabby chic or vintage
http://www.2creativechicks.com/ - bows, buttons brads

Thanks for stopping in!  I appreciate and cherish every one of your coments, they help me to know I'm not blogging into the Internet wind!
