Easy Peasy Retro Tag

This week Play Date Cafe challenge was so cute I just had to participate, even if it is last minute!  Here is the Inspiration photo:

Here's my tag:

The punch in the middle is from Martha Stewart.  I adore that 60's icon pattern!

I stamped the center with a My Minds Eye polymer stamp which also had a matching boarder stamp down below.  A Prima bling center was added, some Washi tape and a Hero Arts / Basic Grey sentiment and were done!  EASY PEASY!
