Cupcake anyone?

It's Friday!  I have a couple of cards for you.  They are both similar in their layout.  They are also similar to the iSpy Sketch Challenge ISSC35

Also, 365 Cards put out a special challenge for a surprise Guest Spot.

Here is my entry:

The 365 Challenge was a bit daunting:
4.25 x 5.5 card
1 Stamped image (digi or rubber)
5 buttons
3 different ribbons
1 patterned paper
Sentiment
I was going for a bit more CAS so it is a stretch to fit that much in and not have the card feel too crowded for the look I wanted.  In particular the challenge for me was the three ribbons.  I ended up lining three different types of ribbon trim together, the bottom an organza ribbon ruffle, a pink ribbon trim in the middle and the top was a very finely gathered thin ribbon attached to a stretchy band.   After Stamping the cupcake I colored the liner with Lemonade Distress ink and a watercolor pen, the cake was colored with Spun Sugar Distress and the frosting has white picket fence Stickles.  The Designer paper, Studio Calico "Heyday",  is fun ballons which then leaves the Sentiment, naturally "Party" (Stampendous)  which was stamped then embossed gold onto a Spellbinders label.  The buttons are all vintage.
Since I stamped several cupcakes I made another card for fun:

I made a simple card with another paper from the Heyday stack.  This also uses the iSpy Sketch Challenge
For this cupcakes frosting I used Ranger Enamel Accents.  I really like how shiny it is, of course this photo does not do it any justice.  I picked up the sentiment stamp at JoAnns a while ago and just adore it!  Makes me smile, as it would the cards recipient!

I will enter this one into the following Challenges:
