Tammy's Scrapin Corner

Im so thankful to be apart of such amazing Design Teams for lots of wonderful reasons, the people, the fun, the creativity and...the ability to be prepared early for all of my card needs!  this is my third and final Mothers Day card that I have finished and Mothers Day is not for another week!  Well that's my intro for Tammy's Scrapin Corner Challenge this week...Challenge #61, Mothers Day.

This card is for my dear Mother who loves cats!  I went bait out of my comfort zone and went for a layered Art Journalish scrappy look, I like it!  I even went so far as to add some paint to the inside of my card as a base for the sentiment.  Don't remember where I saw something like that, I think they used paint to cover up a pre-printed sentiment on their Design Paper.  I figured it would work as a background for stamps and I think I will be doing that quite a bit in the future since you can use any color your lil heart desires!
